Security Compliance Manager

GardaWorld Cash is seeking a highly skilled Security Compliance Supervisor to join our team in Mississauga, ON. As a key member of our Cash Services branch, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of security and compliance within our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, audit, and manage the work of unionized employees to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to verify staff compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and staff to establish and implement policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
- Conduct on-road investigations to resolve customer or shipper complaints.
- Participate in the disciplinary process or the settlement of grievances.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in secure transportation road operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Possession of a firearm license.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and judgment skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking and active listening developed.
