Job Title: Security Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to join our team at Regal Security Inc. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security services, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of our security systems
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all parties involved
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports to management, providing regular updates on security operations
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of our security services
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex security issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Reliability and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff
