Job Title: Senior HR Consultant

Rizing, a Wipro Company, is a leading provider of HR and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions based on SAP SuccessFactors. Our team specializes in creating efficient and connected HR processes that drive employee experience, payroll, engagement, workforce analysis, and training management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance to customers on SuccessFactors Employee Central products and processes.
  • Lead and ensure the successful implementation of SuccessFactors products, functioning as a key resource for customers and leading implementation teams.
  • Gather and analyze clients' business requirements and objectives to ensure the solution meets their objectives.
  • Lead and advise on business process improvement on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
Requirements:
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
  • Strong experience in leading a team for the EC implementation project.
  • SAP ECC HCM consulting experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in Employee Central (including Time Management and Global Benefits) implementation.
  • At least 3 full implementations on SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors product.
  • Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to complement system consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
  • Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients to build relationships.
  • Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.
Work Environment and Special Consideration:

Works in a professional and/or remote office environment.

Will be required to travel to client locations.
