Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative/Kitchen Designer to join our showroom team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for designing and selling custom kitchen projects to clients in some of the nicest areas of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through personal contacts and social media platforms, building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to drive successful outcomes, qualifying each prospect's needs and desires.
  • Conduct site assessments and gather detailed information to ensure cabinet layouts align with customers' visions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Capture 'before' photographs of remodeling projects to showcase transformations and support sales presentations.
  • Present comprehensive product details to deliver compelling presentations addressing customer needs and preferences.
  • Create proposals using 20/20 Design or other software to secure sales, revising quotes or drawings in response to evolving customer requirements.
  • Collect payments from clients in a timely manner, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Requirements:
  • Trade show engagement experience, actively participating in home/trade show rotations to expand network and generate sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • A strong work ethic focused on achieving sales targets, with a positive sales attitude fostering strong client relationships and driving sales success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, articulating value propositions and closing sales effectively.
  • A professional demeanor, presenting trust and comfort throughout the sales process, working in clients' homes.
Benefits and Salary:

We offer a competitive compensation package including an estimated base salary of $60,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities based on sales goals achieved. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and coaching, as well as a supportive and dynamic work environment.
