About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for leading the prevention of loss and ensuring the security of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute asset protection initiatives to prevent loss and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct store audits and support store policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Detect and apprehend shoplifters and complete related documentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce shortage and improve store security.
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure effective communication and execution of asset protection initiatives.
Requirements
  • Valid region/market specific security license (exceptions apply for Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan).
  • Awareness of retail procedures and criminal civil proceeding process is an asset.
  • Flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends.
