About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations into loss prevention incidents and develop effective solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with store teams to implement asset protection initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and asset protection.
  • Provide training and support to store teams on asset protection procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • Valid security license (region/market specific)
  • Awareness of retail procedures and criminal civil proceeding process
  • Full flexibility with schedule (including evenings and weekends)
