We leverage cutting-edge technology to provide comprehensive support for immigrants, offering a range of services from banking solutions to essential resources. Our goal is to ease the transition into Canadian life.
Our team believes in empowering immigrants to build successful futures in their new homes. We are developing a user-friendly Super App that simplifies the financial and informational hurdles newcomers face. Our solution is designed to make the immigrant journey smoother, more accessible, and more rewarding.
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Sales to drive our B2B2C sales efforts. This role is crucial to deliver our early growth with educational institutions serving international students in Canada and corporations relocating international employees.
- Develop and execute Beacon's initial sales strategy and achieve early revenue targets.
- Establish relationships with Canadian colleges and universities to promote Beacon's solutions among international students and international student agencies.
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with corporate clients and relocation firms to position Beacon as a key partner for corporate global mobility.
- Closely collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to iterate on products and improve market fit based on early adopter feedback.
- Monitor market trends and customer insights to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
- Be self-sufficient and resourceful to manage the entire sales and partnership funnel/stages.
