About the Role

This is a critical position that requires a skilled professional to drive the success of our product marketing efforts. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
  • Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and content that resonates with our target buyer personas.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product launches and marketing programs.
  • Understand and document our buyer's journey, including where they get information, and the who, what, when, and why behind the decisions they make.
  • Develop marketing programs for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
  • Plan the launches of net-new products, features, and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.
  • Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up organization in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong technical background and understanding.
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills in positioning, messaging, and narrative storytelling.
  • Customer-centric with experience speaking directly with customers.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
  • The ability to stay highly organized while managing multiple projects and priorities.
