Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Doaba Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Manage and train a team of construction workers to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material requisition and equipment setup.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
