Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating site visits with clients for our field staff over the phone and through email
• Maintaining accurate client records, including contact details and other relevant information
• Providing direct support to the Inspection Department on other administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and data processing
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of post-secondary education and at least 2 years of experience in scheduling and administrative support or a related field. Proficiency in office tools such as the MS Office Suite is also required. Additionally, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
