The role of the Office Services Coordinator at Munich Re is to provide essential services to all staff members. This involves utilizing a software designed by Munich Re, SOFI, to gather and report Green House Gas emissions data quarterly. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain accurate floor plans using OfficeSpace Software, forecast real estate needs, and coordinate employee and furniture relocations.

Responsibilities include coordinating off-site storage, inputting and maintaining records, and acting as the staff representative for the Health & Safety Committee. The coordinator will also assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, perform daily office inspections, and ensure that floors meet Office Services standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with internal and external clients, and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a facilities-related role is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
