Job Title: Technical Support Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team at Whiteridge Inc.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Agent will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance, and maintaining accurate records of problems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Develop and deliver training and guidance to users on technical topics
  • Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions in a problems and solutions log
  • Supervise and support other technical support team members
  • Perform backup and recovery operations for web servers
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role
  • Private company, corporation, or industry work setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Time management and organizational skills
