Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ujjwal Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
- Establish work priorities and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure they are running smoothly.
- Apply accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities.
- Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Offer flexible onboarding options to allow Veterans to gradually adapt to the civilian workplace.
- Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
- Offer resources to help mature workers plan their retirement.
- Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
