About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at DC Staffing Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
