About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing proactive and personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Processing day-to-day transactions and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Nurturing long-term relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Staying up-to-date on Scotiabank's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch targets and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements

  • Proven customer service skills and experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital banking platforms
