Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our branch customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer interaction
  • Complete a range of financial transactions in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Assist with responding and resolving customer concerns, escalating when necessary
  • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems
Requirements
  • High School diploma and/or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
  • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in a related field) preferred
