En tant que Customer Experience Associate, vous contribuerez à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle à nos clients. Vous serez responsable de créer un environnement de travail positif et d'assurer que les clients soient satisfaits de nos services.

Responsabilités

  • Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle à nos clients
  • Travailler en équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de la branche
  • Participer à la formation et au développement continu
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos services

Exigences

  • High School diploma et/ou
  • 1+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Post-Secondaire ou Diplôme universitaire (dans un domaine lié) préféré
