We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our customers on our software platform.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of DMS solutions in the North American retail automotive industry. As a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer, you will be working closely with our customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our software. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing training and support to customers on our DMS software
  • Assisting customers with virtual training, online and on the phone
  • Traveling to customer sites throughout North America to provide on-site training
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our software and its applications
  • Working closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both English and French (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Experience in the parts or service area of a dealership, preferably with a DMS provider
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or with PBS Systems
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
