Job Summary

Punjabi By Nature is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Director to lead our daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are met, negotiating arrangements with suppliers, and managing events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the company's services
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage events and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth execution
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to maintain efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • College or CEGB education
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This compensation package includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
