About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to lead our engineering team at Lynk, driving innovation and excellence in software development. As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day work of the Development and DevOps team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs that align with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading technical teams, preferably in a FinTech environment, with expertise in agile methodologies, people management, and compliance with industry regulations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to navigate complex challenges are essential.

About You
  • A driven and experienced technology leader who thrives on fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams (backend/frontend development, infrastructure teams) with a collaborative and supportive approach.
  • Experience in agile environments and implementing scrum practices.
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems for both online gateways and POS systems.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards that impact the FinTech industry (GDPR, PCI-DSS).
