Senior Corporate Services Director

The Town of Canmore seeks a skilled Senior Corporate Services Director to oversee its corporate programs and services. As a key leadership role, this position will provide day-to-day guidance to municipal departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Communications, Information Technology, and the Municipal Clerk's Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate service teams in strategic planning, budgeting, and project management.
- Maintain trusting relationships with council and administration.
- Foster collaboration among departments to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, etc.).
- Advanced professional leadership development education or certification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in senior leadership roles.
- Proven project management and budgeting expertise.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience working with Alberta Municipal Government Act and related legislation.
