Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residence Coordinator Lead to join our team at Independent Counselling Enterprises Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residence, ensuring that all aspects of the facility run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the residence, including repairs and renovations
  • Manage the residence budget, ensuring that expenses are kept under control
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
  • Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
