High-Level EHS Implementation Specialist

Infosys Limited is seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as an EHS Enablon consultant. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders and applying technical expertise across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code deliverables for a module, leading validation for all types of testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Job DescriptionThis position entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Extensive travel may be required based on client and project needs.
Requirements- The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Montreal, Quebec, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education.
- At least four years of Information Technology experience are necessary.
- Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Unfortunately, Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
- Four years of experience in EHS Enablon implementation would be beneficial.
- Functional experience and problem-solving skills in the following EHS modules: Incident Management, Health and Safety Management, Environment Management, and other modules like occupational health, product safety, etc., would be advantageous.
- The ability to assess current client business and operations processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and document potential gaps would be highly valued.
- Facilitating discussion to solidify functional requirements in adequate detail for transition to configuration would be essential.
- Serving as an interpreter between the technical team and the client, translating information system specifications into related business requirements that non-technical audiences can understand, would be crucial.
- Leading EHS topic discussions to understand client business process gaps and developing roadmaps for advancement in their programs would be a key responsibility.
- Leading the configuration of enterprise-level commercial off-the-shelf software (Enablon) to meet delivery and deployment requirements would be vital.
- Identifying, documenting, and delegating completion of business requirements would be an important task.
- Participating in resourcing discussions to determine the best fit for identified project activities would be necessary.
- Ensuring execution of configuration activities to meet project delivery milestones would be critical.
- As applicable, serving as liaison between client project teams and technical implementation associates would be a requirement.
- Regularly interacting and communicating with clients would be essential.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for questions and issues resolution would be a key responsibility.
- Creating or reviewing project documentation would be necessary.
- Maintaining Quality assurance and testing templates would be beneficial.
- Creating training guides would be an important task.
- Coordinating maintenance-related activities post-go-live would be critical.
- Experience with data migration and implementation activities would be advantageous.
- Exposure to COTS products like Enablon/Intelex/Cority would be beneficial.
- Experience in NabSic coding would be helpful.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) would be essential.
The estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in Ontario will be $89,004 to $103,042.
