We are a leading provider of building permit design services, seeking an experienced and organized Executive Secretary to join our team in the Building Permit Department.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining records. They will also assist with recruitment strategies, office procedures, and data entry tasks.
Requirements- Education: College/CEGEP degree required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum
