Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business goals.
  • Supervision: Supervise and support other workers to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Reception: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.

This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
