Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at SAM FASHION & DESIGNERS. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorization and Merchandise Management: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and running efficiently.
- Customer Service and Conflict Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Work Schedules and Cash Management: Establish work schedules and manage cash to ensure that our store is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure that our employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and ability to distinguish between colors
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and reliability
As a Sales Supervisor at SAM FASHION & DESIGNERS, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of sales staff. You will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring that our store is running smoothly and efficiently.
What We Offer- Permanent Full-Time Position: 35 hours per week
