Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at Maple Route Logistics.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of experience in operations management. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and information technology is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal awareness and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs effectively.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Financial Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring sound business practices.
  • Policies and Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving strategic growth.
  • Representation: Represent the organization or delegate representatives to act on its behalf in negotiations or official functions, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Talent Acquisition: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimal working conditions, promoting a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3-4 years in operations management
  • Computer Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, Information Technology
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent oral and written communication, Interpersonal awareness, Team player

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, to attract and retain top talent in the field. The final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
