Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. This is a permanent position that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the organization's financial operations, including budget activities, to optimize financial performance.
  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Evaluate daily operations and oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Monitor financial control systems and advise senior management.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in finance or a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
