Job Description

We are seeking an experienced VoIP Network Engineer to join our team at Inline Communications Inc. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in VoIP and Microsoft 365 administration, with a focus on designing, implementing, and managing complex communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy VoIP SIP trunk implementation
  • Manage and maintain network monitoring and alerting tools
  • Configure and document network security, including firewalls and intrusion prevention
  • Coordinate service calls and work with service providers to resolve issues
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network/VoIP Administration
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, with specific expertise in VoIP and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Strong networking skills, including experience with LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall setups

Desirable Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Linux and SSH
  • Data Center server maintenance
  • Good knowledge of Asterisk, Freeswitch, Polycom, Yealink, NEC, Avaya
