Network Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Network Systems Engineer to join our team at Flag Depot Inc.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, part-time position (30 hours per week) requiring 1-2 years of experience in network administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations.
- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
- Provide problem-solving services to network users.
- Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures.
- Perform routine network start-up and close-down operations and maintain control records.
- Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in network administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a competitive part-time salary position with benefits. We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $60,000-$80,000 based on industry standards and requirements.
