As a Selling Associate, you'll play a key role in driving sales and growth by personally selling to customers, engaging with them, and providing a perfect bra fit. You'll also be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale, and reinforcing customer buying decisions at checkout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
  • Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively
  • Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
  • Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales
  • Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale
  • Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items
  • Recover cash wrap selling zone and 'go-backs'
  • Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room and under stock to brand standards
  • Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor and available for purchase
