Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of laundry services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Staff Development: Train and develop laundry staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve the issue.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
