Laundry Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laundry Supervisor to join our team at Northside Esso. As a Laundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laundry facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a timely and professional manner.
- Quality and Production: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure that they meet the required standards.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Work Problems and Productivity: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Mechanical Equipment and Machinery: Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient use.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, and provide training on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Laundry Operations: Wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles, and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
