Laundry Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Laundry Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our laundry facility at Northside Esso. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of laundry services, including maintenance, repair, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of laundry staff, including scheduling and training
- Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality laundry services
- Requisition and order materials, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
- Supervise and coordinate the work of laundry staff to meet production targets
- Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
