Laundry Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Laundry Supervisor to join our team at Northside Esso. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry facilities, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of laundry services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Requisition and manage inventory of laundry supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in laundry operations and staff supervision.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Permanent position, 30-40 hours per week.
- English language required.
