Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Ottawa area. As an RN with Bayshore HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality nursing care in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish, monitor, and deliver nursing care to clients in a community setting as per the nursing care plan and in accordance with all required internal and external professional practice standards.
  • Provide support and direction to unlicensed/unregistered employees involved in direct client care.
Requirements:
  • A current nursing license in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • At least two years of nursing experience (community experience would be an asset).
  • Proof of a current Negative TB test.
  • A current/clear vulnerable sector/police check.
  • A current CPR certificate.
  • Excellent assessment, documentation, verbal, and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's License (G Class) and continuous access to a reliable vehicle.
