Community Health Specialist

Carefor Health & Community Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary community care team, you will be responsible for the assessment, treatment, consultation, and counseling of clients and their families in the community.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will develop personalized exercise programs to improve range of motion, strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance, as well as administer chest and cardiac rehabilitation treatments and modalities.
In this role, you will also prescribe and train clients to use mobility aids, adaptive devices, transfer aids, and other equipment. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centered care and are looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
