POSITION SUMMARY

The Supervisor, Operational Administrative Support will lead a team of administrative staff in managing branch and commission-wide administrative processes, including calendar management, purchasing, and PO processing. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration.
  • Considerable experience in administrative support or office management in a large organization.
  • Exceptional knowledge of administrative procedures and practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage centralized clerical support services, deploying staff resources as needed.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Health and Safety, Security, and Emergency Services to establish procedures and protocols.
  • Provide recommendations and input to the Manager, Operations Business Management, on resource requirements.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel to various sites regularly and access to reliable transportation.
  • Tier 1 CRC.
