Sales Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Vice-President to join our team at 2165400 Alberta Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major sales departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Region Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
