About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice President to join our team at Waymaker Creative Services Inc. as a key member of our executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance our market presence.
  • Executive Management: Oversee and manage the marketing department, ensuring effective team performance and goal achievement.
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
