Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage major departments and senior staff positions to ensure effective operations.
  • Formulate and approve policies and programs to drive business growth and development.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to drive business success.

Requirements

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working at the physical location. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site.
