Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Dental Administrator to assist our team with various administrative tasks, including updating client records, coordinating treatment schedules, and preparing pre-determinations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Client record maintenance and appointment coordination
  • Treatment scheduling and coordination
  • Preparation and sending of pre-determinations
  • Follow-up on outstanding treatment and appointments
  • Billing, invoicing, and payment processing
  • End-of-day procedures and POS system management

Requirements:

  • Dental administration experience in a multi-provider setting
  • Graduate of a Dental Office Administrator program or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in dental administration
  • Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
