Job Title: Supervisor, Security Guards

At Ardent Security and Investigative Services Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Security Guards to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in security management to oversee the daily operations of our security guards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of security guards to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
  • Ensure all security guards are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team of security guards.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
