Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at GINZA SUSHI & POKE. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard. You will also be responsible for training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Order supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent customer service and high-quality food. You will be required to work in a kitchen environment with a focus on Japanese cuisine.
