Key Responsibilities- Studio Operations
- Direct and control the daily activities of our studio, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate the performance of our studio on a daily basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Plan and organize the daily operations of our studio, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and coordinating with staff.
- Staff Management
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Plan and control the budget and inventory of our studio, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, ensuring that our studio is represented in a professional and effective manner.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervision
- Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Personal Suitability
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Be a team player, with a strong sense of loyalty and commitment to our studio.
- Experience
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Be able to work a 35-hour week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
