Rehab Sales Administrator

About the Role:
The Rehab Sales Administrator is a key member of the Sales Team at Lawtons, responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of sales activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, occupational therapists, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up on quotes for rehabilitation product specialists
- Coordinate product ordering and ensure timely delivery
- Prioritize product builds for rehabilitation product specialists
- Liaise with rehabilitation service staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Act as a liaison between occupational therapists and sales team members
- Coordinate assessment, loan, and rental requests
- Manage a database of product movement and inventory
- Liaise with third-party funding agencies to facilitate reimbursement
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in or phone-in clients
- Contribute to a positive and productive working environment
Requirements:
- Above-average organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of rehabilitation or mobility industry (an asset)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing tasks
