About the Role:

The Rehab Sales Administrator is a key member of the Sales Team at Lawtons, responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of sales activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and third-party funding agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and follow up on quotes for rehab product specialists
  • Prepare and follow up on product ordering
  • Prioritize product builds for rehab product specialists
  • Liaise with rehab service staff to ensure timely completion of equipment builds
  • Act as a liaison between customers and occupational therapists
  • Coordinate assessment, loan, and rental requests
  • Manage a database of product movement
  • Liaise with third-party funding agencies to facilitate reimbursement
  • Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in or phone-in clients
  • Contribute to a positive and productive working environment

Requirements:

  • Above-average organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the rehabilitation or mobility industry (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Assyst (an asset)
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing tasks
