About the Role:
RESTO LA BONNE ASSIETTE is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Send invoices
- Maintain work records and logs
- Receive and issue payments
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
