About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Cloud Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them to get the most out of their cloud infrastructure.

Job Description

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex issues. You will work closely with internal teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues, leveraging your extensive knowledge of cloud computing technologies to provide innovative solutions.

You will also have the opportunity to partner with other AWS teams to drive customer communication during critical events, and to develop and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues using various tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with internal teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of software development or technical support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Fluency in both written and verbal Mandarin
  • 1+ year of professional technical experience working within the Internet industries focused on troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical discipline
