Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Governance and Compliance Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to ensure that security requirements are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity and recommend improvements to our security posture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in information security, particularly in risk analysis and compliance.
  • Information security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of organizational mission, values, and objectives, and consistent application of this knowledge.

Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
